Endometriosis: Herbal Therapeutics and Beyond (zoom)
$ 35.00 USD
Tuesday, March 16th, 4-6pm, ONLINE
Join Registered Herbalist Kat Mackinnon in this class on working with endometriosis holistically. The pathophysiology of endometriosis will be focused on, and how what we know (and don’t know) about this disease informs how we care for ourselves. We’ll discuss diet, lifestyle, bodywork, and ritual, along with some favorite herbal therapeutics for both acute and long-term care. While this class focuses on working with endometriosis, its also a primer on how to support a healthy, deep relationship with your menstrual cycle.
This class will be on Zoom, the recording will be shared after the event- so you can participate even if you cannot make it live!
