This will be the third class in our Herbal Education Series! Carminatives are a class of herbs that ease gas and bloating, stoke digestive fire so that we can better assimilate nutrients, and soothe stomach aches. In this class, we will discuss the most effective tools for supporting digestion using lifestyle, nutrition & herbs. You will also get to meet our favorite carminative herbs, and try them yourself!
Our Herbal Education Series have been designed to give our community an opportunity to learn about plants and very tangible tools for optimizing their health & wellbeing. We will gather every other week during the summer months, to provide a consistent space for learning about plants and creating likeminded community.
