Botanical Breathwork with Rose, June 1st

Come deepen your relationship with lovely Rose! Rose helps us get into our hearts, where we can access greater levels of self love, relational connection & pleasure within our daily lives. This aromatic flower connects us to our purpose, authenticity and helps us instill boundaries that allow us to feel safe in showing up exactly as we are. Medicine for grief, emotional sensitivity, or those going through a challenging time. Be held by Rose in returning home to the most authentic parts of yourself.  

We will dive into this common botanical by tasting the plant, learning medicinal qualities, practical ways to incorporate Rose into your life & engage with the plant through a heart opening breathwork experience. 

Breathwork meditation helps to move stagnation, energy and emotions so that you are more receptive to your essence and the essence of the plants. By tasting and working with this plant before the meditation experience, you will have an opportunity to develop your own unique relationship with Rose and connect to yourself. 

We will be breathing in the apothecary, held and surrounded by thousands of herbs, with limited space! This will be a safe, small and intimate group, so sign up if you are interested to reserve your spot!
