Essential oils can be used in many different applications such as in the bath or shower, in a variety of different diffusers, in small amounts directly on the skin, or in a multitude of different body products. We do not recommend ingesting essential oils because they can burn the inside of your body and cannot, on their own, be properly swallowed or digested.

5 mls = 5 mls or 1.35 drams therapeutic grade essential oil
1/4 oz = 1/4 0r 2 drams pure therapeutic grade essential oil
1 oz = 1 oz therapeutic grade essential oil
17% = 17% dilution of pure therapeutic grade essential oil in jojoba.
