This class will be an introduction to the basic framework and concepts in vitalist herbalism. We will be discussing the history of vitalist herbalism, and its roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and Physiomedicalist herbalists of the past. In this class you will learn about a collection of herbs that are great general tonics for beginners. As well as beginner medicine making techniques, so that you can walk away with tools on how to incorporate herbs into your daily life. We will discuss individual constitution, assessment and how to pair the proper herb with the proper person. This class will be a great opportunity for you to connect to what it means to be an herbalist, and start working with plants right away!
