This will be the first class in our Herbal Education Series! Nootropics are a class of herbs that help bring circulation to the brain, and therefore support memory & cognition. We will discuss the most effective tools for supporting neurological health using lifestyle, nutrition & herbs. You will also get to meet our favorite nootropics herbs, and try them yourself!
Our Herbal Education Series have been designed to give our community an opportunity to learn about plants and very tangible tools for optimizing their health & wellbeing. We will gather every other week during the summer months, to provide a consistent space for learning about plants and creating likeminded community.
