Recipe: Adaptogenic Honey Marshmallows

Recipe: Adaptogenic Honey Marshmallows

Soft, pillowy, and gently nourishing, these Adaptogenic Honey Marshmallows are a sweet little upgrade to a classic treat- made with intention and a touch of herbal magic. Sweetened naturally with our Adaptogenic Honey Paste, which is infused with herbs that support balance and resilience. This recipe transforms marshmallows from empty sugar into something your nervous system can actually appreciate. Whether you’re floating them on a cup of herbal cacao, toasting them by a winter fire, or enjoying one straight from the pan, these marshmallows are a playful way to weave plant allies into everyday indulgence.

Benefits:

Adaptogens like Ashwagandha & Shatavari are paired with Rose & Cardamom to help soothe the nervous system & reduce stress.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Pour ½ cup of water into a bowl or stand mixer and pour gelatin on top to bloom. It will take about 10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, add the second ½ cup water & Adaptogenic Honey Paste to a small saucepan over medium heat. Avoid stirring the mixture- this will help reduce risk of it boiling over. Cook for about 10-14 minutes.
  • Turn on stand mixer or start blending with a hand blender and slowly add the hot honey mixture to the gelatin. Increase the speed to high and whip until the mixture “peaks”- looking like marshmallow fluff. Usually 10 minutes. Add vanilla at the end.
  • Scoop marshmallow fluff into a pan dusted with arrowroot powder.
  • Let sit overnight in the fridge.
  • Take them out of the pan and slice into squares, toss with more arrowroot to prevent sticking and enjoy!
